  • There is a new opportunity for young scientists to make their mark in the field of immuno-oncology. In an effort to encourage and support the development of innovative treatments, Bristol Myers Squibb-Stiftung Immunonkologie has published a call for not-habilitated researchers under the age of 40 who are currently affiliated with research institutions in Germany.

    Applications are invited from highly motivated biology/biochemistry graduates (diploma, M.Sc. degree or equivalent). In his/her project the PhD candidate will study key signaling mechanisms by which the enteric neuronal niche modifies epithelial cell function.

    Bis zum 1. Juni 2023 können sich Promovierende deutscher Staatsangehörigkeit aller Fachrichtungen bei Fulbright Germany für ein Forschungsstipendium bewerben. Gefördert werden vier- bis sechsmonatige Forschungsprojekte an einer US-Hochschule, die zwischen dem 1. Januar und 30. Juni 2024 begonnen werden. 

  • The DGHO and the German José Carreras Leukemia Stiftung have established one-year doctoral scholarships to promote scientific work in the research of leukemia and related blood diseases in adults in the context of the dissertations of medical doctoral candidates or candidates of other subjects.

    Since 2014, up to ten José Carreras DGHO doctoral scholarships can be awarded twice a year.
