  • From October 1st, 2021, a new version of the Regulations for the Award of Doctoral Degrees, as well as a new version of the TUM Graduate School Statutory Regulations are in effect.

    At MGC, in order to inform doctoral candidates of the changes concerning School of Medicine, we organized two online info events.

  • TUM GS has, due to the current epidemic situation, decided to temporarily amend the rules concerning the internationalization:

  • On February 8, 2022, the so called Projektbörse in the Translational Medicine program will take place in the Pavillon for all those interested. There, doctoral projects from a broad spectrum of research fields will be presented. It is primarily aimed at medical students from TUM and LMU. The exchange starts at 3:00 pm with an information event in lecture hall C.

  • The application platform for new candidates for the PhD program in Medical Life Science and Technology is open again. You can apply until 15 November 2021 for the summer semester 2022.

    We are accepting applications from both candidates that already have a place in a laboratory at Klinikum/TUM, as well as from those that apply without an agreement with a lab.

  • IGSSE’s call for proposals for collaborative, interdiscpilinary research projects with international partners is opened.

    With the format International Project Teams, IGSSE aims to strengthen TUM’s network across the globe, to support international scientific collaboration and to promote the mobility and high-level qualification of doctoral researchers.
